If you are a healthcare professional and wish to create an account, please register via the ICOPE MONITOR application (by downloading it from Google Play or the Apple Store) or through the ICOPE Monitor website (https://icopeint.medes-lab.fr/monitor/). You can then access the ICOPE Monitor Database using the same credentials. Direct registration on this site is not possible.
